     But please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore. 

    A: If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check with other recipients 

    Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check mailbox and with neighbours. 

    2. Check your local pick up points 

    Your order could be at your local pick up point. A simple google search of your area will show you them. 

    3. Contact the seller or courier service  

    You can directly contact the logistics partner.

    If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. This may be due to the wrong tagging of orders.

    4. Check your delivery address

    Ensure that your delivery address is correct. On the order details page and order confirmation email, you can view your delivery address. 

    5. Raise a refund request 

    You may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order as long if it has been over 14 days after you ordered it. Please reach out to support@alluriashop.com You may also call 786-309-6530. We will answer the phone 24/7 and reply to emails within 12 hours during working/ business days.

    UPS says this is not a valid tracking number

    When your order is ready to ship, we assign the UPS tracking number. Until UPS scans that number and loads your project into the truck, it will show up as invalid.

    If you attempt to track your order, try it after 8 pm ET or the following business day for best results.

    Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package.     • If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. IMPORTANT. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 
    • Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
    • The sale or discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.     Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

    • IMPORTANT. Once a return is initiated, your items have 14 days to arrive in our warehouse. If your items do not arrive within that time frame. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy conditions, such as items that have been used, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing parts. Cases of suspected abuse or fraud will be handled accordingly.

    My order arrived damaged or it's missing.

    • If you receive a broken or damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a complete refund. If you want to send it back to us we will pay fully for the shipping costs. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered.
